Bangs Management is an exclusive Mother Agency founded in 2021 by first generation South Sudanese- American, model and all around multi-creative Nyabang Diang and has quickly become the leading Mother Agency for development, worldwide placement, and career management in Minnesota and the United States.
Nyabang, has loved fashion from a young age so when she saw Naomi Campbell on tv she knew she had to be a model. At the age of sixteen a Barizon Modeling scout approached her at the mall and that's where it all started. Nyabang, has had the pleasure of working with Miss J Alexander from America's Next Top Model. Reposted on Instagram by top model Tyra Banks. Nyabang, started as a scout for an international Mother Agency. She managed many new faces and educated them on professionalism and personal development such as posing, runway walking, etiquette, personal appearance, and professional conduct. She enjoyed mentoring, creating and engaging, guiding and helping models achieve their goals so she started her own Mother agency Bangs Management.

Bangs has, placed models worldwide with top agencies including Monster, Wilhelmina, New Icon, State Management, Emg, Setts, True, BMG, and many more. Once a model is placed with an agency, Bangs continues to work with our models throughout their careers as managers, offering support and guidance.
At Bangs, our models are treated like family. Although Bangs Management is currently based in Minneapolis Minnesota we represent and manage models based worldwide.

Our process is that we discover the talent and we work with her or him until they’re successfully placed and working domestically or worldwide. We ensure that all of our models get the time they deserve whether face-to-face or virtual. It's a process and all models are created differently so we have to be strategic when working with each individual model. We keep our board of models small because we believe in quality over quantity. Since Bangs is exclusive and only represents a small number of models, if approached by a Bangs scout or agent, you may have the opportunity of pursuing a career in modeling. Being represented by Bangs, a model can rest assured that they’re in good hands because we will work hard for them until we get that dream. We will work with each individual and map out a career path for a successful long-lasting career.
